The Agcelerate Annual Workshop is virtual this year and will be held in the mornings of August 13 and 14, 2020. There ara very exciting programmes under the theme Agribusiness in a Changing Climate. The first morning will focus on the changing business climate particularly in the context of COVID-19 and what this means for Agribusiness, but also other developments like the African Continental Free Trade Agreement which will open up new opportunities for cross-border trade. The second morning will focus on climate change with information on innovations to adapt agriculture and food systems to the effects of changing weather patterns.
The conference will be very interactive by fostering debate through Q&A sessions, interesting videos and polls and group work so that all participants can contribute to the exchange.
