Behind every successful venture lies a story of perseverance, creativity, and resilience. This year, we are releasing our new series of 6 impact stories for the Entrepreneurship in Agribusiness course covering the Business Startup Award Winners of cohort 5 that ran in 2023.  As we celebrate the journeys of the entrepreneurs who have turned challenges into opportunities, transforming their ideas into thriving businesses that not only benefit themselves but also uplift their communities. This new series will feature winners from some of our partner Universities in Uganda, Kenya, Somaliland, Namibia and the Democratic Republic Congo.

In this collection, we explore the diverse paths taken by visionary young entrepreneurs. From overcoming financial constraints to navigating complex markets, these stories highlight the power of determination and the importance of sustainable practices. Each narrative offers a unique perspective, shedding light on the multifaceted nature of entrepreneurship and the significant impact it has on their community.

As you delve into these inspiring accounts, you’ll discover how these entrepreneurs have redefined success, not just in terms of profit, but in creating lasting positive change socially and economically. Their journeys remind us, the Agripreneurship Alliance, that entrepreneurship is not just about building businesses, it's about building a better future for young people. With this we can reflect on our journey through the Entrepreneurship in Agribusiness course for the past years and focus on the future as we continue to promote and stimulate youth driven entrepreneurship in agriculture and agribusiness in Africa. But first! Watch out for these impact stories that will be released on Wednesday 09 October on our website www.theagripreneur.org
